* Realtime Chat Feature
Realtime chat within the app to chat between property managers and owners. It is also possible to create a team chat so that multiple property managers can support an owner as a team. There is no need to ask for personal LINE / phone numbers.

* Issue Tracker
Managing issues that crops up during the lifecycle of property management could be daunting. Tracking them in emails is a sure way of getting lost. It is now easier to track issues from this mobile app. Uploading pictures, uploading repair estimation documents, negotiating price with owner, giving updates about the progress, etc can be easily done while on mobile.

* Tenant data in one place
Do you ever wonder how long this particular tenant has stayed in a property? With this mobile app, you dont have to wait until you go back to office/home and check the contract document. All of contract data, contract document copy can be uploaded to this mobile app and you have the data on your fingertip.

* Monthly income/expense report
Check your monthly report directly on the app. Easily compare the performance of your investment month-to-month.

* Multi Language
The system is multilingual currently supporting English and Japanese. Chinese version is on the works.
